You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information; • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; • Restricting unauthorised access to your account; and Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity. 6. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. After receiving your order, we may send an acknowledgement confirming that it has been received. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we: • Send you a dispatch confirmation; • Issue written acceptance of your order; or Begin preparing a customised or specially procured product with your authorisation, whichever occurs first. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where: • A product is unavailable; • The price or product information contains an obvious error; • Payment cannot be authorised; • Delivery restrictions apply; • Additional verification is required; • We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity; or The order exceeds applicable quantity limits. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.

These requirements will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

12. Ownership and Risk
For Consumers, responsibility for loss or damage generally passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them. Ownership passes when we have received full payment for the products. For Business Customers, ownership remains with JOHNKEANS until all amounts owed to us for the relevant products have been paid in full. Risk passes as specified in the quotation, delivery terms or applicable Incoterms. If none are specified, risk passes upon delivery to the stated destination.
13. Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a UK Consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the products. If an order contains multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period normally begins after the final product is received. To cancel, notify us clearly by email or through any cancellation method provided on our website. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the products. Cancellation rights may not apply to certain products, including: • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised; • Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; • Products that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and Other products excluded under applicable law.
